Provided your chosen piece is in stock, please allow 5 business days plus delivery time. Delivery within QLD is usually 2 - 3 business days, and 2-5 business days for the other states. Covid-19 Delays: Due to limited flights and staff shortages across the country, your piece may take longer then usual to arrive. Express Shipping will not guarantee next day delivery at this time.

Absolutely! Our flat rate for international shipping orders is $30 AUD per item. If you are ordering multiple products, get in touch and we can work to bundle the package together. Heads up - you’ll be liable to pay any taxes or duties your home country applies to the order. Covid-19 Delays: Due to limited flights and staff shortages across the country, your piece may take longer then usual to arrive.

Once an item has been monogrammed, we are not able to offer a return or refund, unless of course the item is faulty. Therefore, please choose carefully and check your order before putting your payment through, because we want you to be as in love with your new purchase as we are!

All of our Miss Monogram products are made from either 100% Saffiano Leather or 100% Genuine Leather, which means there are a few tips you can follow for keeping your item in mint condition:

·       Keep the monogram away from oily substances, alcohol and rough or sharp surfaces
·      Our bags are not waterproof. Should they get wet, use a soft, dry cloth to touch dry
·      Clean using a soft, dry cloth
